Hopenhagen: Use Your Voice

Everyone is talking about climate change and how it seems as though nothing is getting done, well here's a chance for people to actually do something.

Everyone should sign this. I know a lot of people think:

"This is just some stupid internet thing that no one is going to look at, why should I waste 5 minutes to sign it?"

Well guess what, your voice does matter!

I'm sick of people being afraid to say things because they don't think they'll be heard. If Rosa Parks thought that way, imagine how different our country might be, and the only people who heard her was 4 at the most, but that was still enough to influence a movement across the country. So speak up everyone, and use your voice, because you can make a difference whether 1 or 1,000,000 people hear what you have to say.

Two things we were born with is a voice and an opinion, so put them both out there and try to make some positive changes in our world, please. (if by chance you were born without a voice, write a letter)

So yeah, everyone sign that petition, it takes less than 5 minutes out of your day. Make yourself heard. Because one person can make all the difference in the world.

One Kind Of Person That Really Gets On My Nerves...

Cheaters.

So I received a voicemail a few days ago, from a guy whose voice I didn't recognize (so, definetaly not my boyfriend). The number was 'Withheld', so I thought it was a prank at first. But after asking around I realized, it was someone who seriously got the wrong number. This how the message went:

"Hey baby, why haven't you called me back yet? I said I was sorry for cheatin' on ya."

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

There were just so many things about this that got me mad.
First of all buddy, your girlfriend is not going to call you back anytime soon. What guy forgets his own girlfriend's number? Twice! Yes, this jerkface called me twice before leaving a message. I can see why she wouldn't want to talk to him.

Second of all, why do people have to cheat? This guy thinks just cause he said sorry, his girlfriend is supposed to just forget all about it? Girls don't work like that! You've gotta get down on your hands and knees and buy like 1o dozen roses before a girl could even consider getting back with a cheater.

Seriously though, this guy really annoyed me. And I don't even know him. Not to sound judgmental, but if he cheated on his girlfriend, he's probably an idiot and I wouldn't even want to know him, because no one deserves to be cheated on. If you have a problem, talk it over or break up, cause cheating is just gonna make everything worse. I really don't get why people don't understand that.

I actually know someone who cheated in a relationship, and even though I was really close to them, I lost soo much respect for them after that night. And it didn't make it much better that they pretty much bragged about it instead of even trying to act guilty.

So to all you cheaters out there, grow up. Seriously. Because you can really hurt someone bad who doesn't deserve that kind of emotional abuse. Be mature and talk about stuff, or just cut it off, because cheating will break a heart more than breaking up. And to those of you who've been cheated on, I pray to God that you didn't get back with that person because you deserve a whole lot better.

And to the guy who left that message on my phone, you are a jerk. And I wouldn't be surprised if your (ex?)girlfriend never talked to you again, because she probably never even got your message, and you know what, good for you. Because even though I don't know either of you, she deserves better.
